I cut paper, beautiful black lace. I designed this dress, focusing the form and line.
The combination of black and lace is my eternal theme,
and it let me imagine lots of stories and scenes as fashion illustration.

Today, I cut the white paper with my own design, lace dress.
White Lace is elegant theme for woman.
The romantic lines by cutting express the elegance of this dress.
I cut the heavy paper this time, to create the form.
But if I cut the light paper next time, you can seethe more sensitive lines in my work.
I plan to create exciting fashion illustration collaborated with cutting paper in the future.

If we have a chance to wear white wedding dress, I think it should be on the beach.
There’re only 2 colors in this scene, white and blue.
I have a friend of wedding dress designer.
She had said me once.
“If you don’t purchase the new dress at your wedding ceremony, you should get just new veil.
The veil should be quite new. Because the veil which someone used once, there are lots of kind of tears in that veil. Some is happy, but some is bad meaning.
So the bride have to prepare new veil when she get married.”
When woman wear the wedding dress, it’s starting new life with her husbands.
My friend means woman have to wear pure veil.
I remember I’d been impressed by her saying 10 years ago.
Now I created long veil on the white beach.
It’s for beautiful bride this scene.

I created my fashion image of Japanese beauty with Paper Tape now.
I’ve enjoyed to make the line by Tape and Paper in these weeks.
This is my new style! Especially, I wanted to make Japanese Dress.
When I finished to make this, I feel it’s like a “ORIGAMI”. Do you know “ORIGAMI”?
Paper folding, or “Origami” is one of Japan’s unique traditional arts. It is the art of folding a sheet of paper into various figures such as birds, animals and many other things without using scissors or paste.
Colored sheets of paper which are cut in a square shape are used for this, and it has been a popular pastime among Japanese children.
But I used 2 kinds of Paper Tape for this. I love this, it’s so cute and beautiful. As you see in my works, I’ve made my fashion image with soft line for body.
But I love to express the line of cloth by straight line.
I recognized that tape or paper help me to draw this line.
So I can tell you my style is created by Soft and Straight lines.
I enjoy this difference of these, and so fantastic to find new expression.
I’ve wanted to draw very beautiful and sensitive dress.
I’m inspired by flower, color of blue and decorative expression.
As a result, I created this image with my dream.
Fashion should be practical but be fantastic, too.
I want to chase the dream and fantasy in my drawing. Because it’s not photo but illustration.
I’m free to express my image and no limit to create my world..
If there is blue flower like a lace, I’ll surely decorate the dress with it,which is likely to touch off.
I can fully enjoy the soft and dreamy line in this image.

If I have a chance to wear gorgeous dress, I want to get lots of feather.
And I want light and colored of beautiful pink.
When I was a fashion model, I loved the tension before going on stage.
Unfortunately, I had no chance to wear pink feather dress, but I took countless dresses.
When I was on the stage of some dress designer, I had a chance to wear beautiful dress with long tail.
He said me “You can feel the all dreams of woman with this long tail of your dress”. I was so impressed by his saying.
Now I want to draw Mannequinn with high tension on backstage of fashion show, with beautiful dress stuffed full of dreams.
The feather of birds are infinitely light, and let us imagine to fly into the blue sky.
This is combination of black and yellow.I can see many images of yellow color on fashion magazines this year.
Color of yellow seems to be fashioned 2011.
This combination makes me imagine “SONIA RYKIEL”.
When I’d been in Paris some time ago, I saw very beautiful yellow stole of Sonia Rykiel.
She arranged it with black two‐piece dress.That combination was so gorgeous!
I went to her shop in Paris next day, and found it.Actually, it was so velvety and vivid color of yellow was so shining.
I did not draw this stole in this image this time. Because it was impossible to express that beauty by drawing.
But I love this combi of these of colores since that time.
So I’m very happy for this year’s fashion.
I think “China Black Dream” is my own expression. But I trust this name does exist somewhere..
I’d many chances to go to China and Taiwan for biz.
Sometime I saw beautiful, mysterious and deep black color there, no word to express this color exactly.
I ever seen some designer’s dress by Chinese black textile. It was so gorgeous and glorious.
It’s not only for the line but the effect of color. That was Chinese Black!
I draw Chinese dress this time, but I love simple dress by Chinese textile.
I feel unusual impression as if wedding dress made by Thailand Silk.
Now I create the textile of dress and fan in this drawing.I wanted to use same and original design.
I wonder we have a chance to use the fan of black lace in our life? especially beautiful Chinese pattern.

You don’t need to make a dress, but wear it like a shawl with the fan.

Today’s work is “scarf tops”! Scarves have now become extremely popular fashion accessories for us.
I saw the tops style, formed by beautiful scarf in 2011 collection .
It was so colorful and stylish, looked very useful for woman has many scarf in their closet.
We can see many introduction how to tie scarf, rolling on the neck, hanging on shoulder…etc. So this styling was so sensational for me to use scarf.
There’re many colors in scarf, so we can wear simple bottom, accessary and hat with this.
Anyway, let’s check our your closet, and if you find the scarf that you’d bought 10 years ago, try to get as unique tops this year!! you look 100% “fashion”!!

Now, I’m adding fashion illustration of “Marine Dress for Summer” today.
We can feel the signs of approaching spring day by day, but sometime I dream to fly to beach of rezort island.
Can you imagine the unique atmosphere and lazy air there? We’re relax and breathe deeply far from daily routine.
What we can see is only BLUE world! blue of sky, ocean, fish…etc. There’re too many kind of blue in south island, and full of color!
Imaging the color, I created this illustration with black ink without blue ocean. Monotone color makes us imagine the world of color.
If I go to the report, I surely want to wear marine dress in this summer.
We can get many styles of marine fashion in 2011 summer, so please think about the blue beach when you try to find beatiful marine dress!
